Introduction

This page is for VARs who want to use Inmarsat’s Fleet Edge APIs to perform tasks on one or more Fleet Edge devices, as follows:

• Assurance API – to obtain rich assurance data and metrics about the Fleet Edge device, Global Xpress (GX) terminal, and FleetBroadband (FB) terminal installed on a vessel
• Remote Management API – to execute certain remote administration activities on a Fleet Edge device installed on a vessel
• Hardware Replacement API – to enable or disable the replacement of a Fleet Edge device installed on a vessel.

Requirements

To support Fleet Edge, you will need to create scripts and dashboards to interact with the Fleet Edge APIs.
